To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- Services: No refunds, returns, or cancellations are allowed for services once they have commenced or been provided.
- Physical Products: Returns and cancellations for physical products are permitted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
- Proof of Purchase: All refund and return requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items Certain items and services are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Services that have already been performed or completed.

- Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of the initial purchase.
- Scheduled Services: Cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled date to avoid any cancellation fees.
